Owner/Operator Leia Watkins is an experienced and knowledgeable equestrian who is passionate about her work. She is Licensed by WSDH, holding an Animal Massage Certification for Large Animals (# AM 61426888). She also has a B.S. in Animal Sciences Production Management from WSU. She provides personalized attention to each horse and client ensuring the best results!

Experienced in working horses for Sports, Gaming and Leisure, Leia can ensure your horse is healthy and ready to enjoy whatever demands they encounter. Leia also offers Western riding lessons for both horse and rider!

Our History
Leia was first introduced to bodywork in 2014 when she was working in Arizona. Since then, she has earned her Washington State Large Animal Massage license (# AM 61426888), become a Masterson Method® Certified Practitioner, and continues to expand her knowledge base. She offers equine massage sessions incorporating Swedish massage, the Masterson Method®, Sports massage (pre- and post- event), trigger point work, Myo-fascial releases (which have similar end results to chiropractic, but with a soft-tissue focus), and much more. Part of her schooling involved becoming a muscle expert – knowing which muscle you’re working with, what it does, where it originates and inserts, and which direction the muscle fibers lie all impact how Leia approaches the work at hand.
Leia currently lives and works in Central Washington and is willing to travel to meet client needs.
Riding Lessons
Leia has been giving riding lessons since 2015. With years of experience under her belt, she can help you reach your riding goals either on your own horse or on one of her lesson horses. Most of her lessons involve helping her students become comfortable on horseback and learn to have fun and relax while preparing for new challenges both in the ring and out on the trail.
Horse Training
Leia started training horses in 2006 when she started with her own yearling filly. She spent a year working with a trainer in Arizona, studying natural Western horsemanship and learning to understand how the horses mind works. Ground work is integral to the work she does as everything you teach on the ground transfers to the saddle. Leia is happy to train your horse at your facility or hers.
